STUDENTS HOUSING CORSICO

This project represented a major challenge, not only due to the scale of the property but primarily because of its complexity. Originally built in the late 1960s, the structure required a full-scale renovation. By intentionally preserving authentic original features and enhancing them with a new palette of materials and colors, the design introduces distinctive elements that provide the building with a strong, renewed identity. Its use has been repurposed from commercial offices into a residential complex, with the exception of the ground floor, which remains dedicated to retail.
